Items purchased online or by phone are paid upfront, prior to shipping via credit card, bank wire or ACH. Custom products require multiple business days to quote. An order will not start until our sign Custom Product Authorization form is return and 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping the completed order. *Payment terms may vary based on order size, and annual volume. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and a purchase order, the purchase order will control.
We will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.

Order Acknowledgement for Imprint Orders
After receiving your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement. Please read carefully and contact us immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary.

We must receive your proof approval and shipping information before production commences. Once approval is received, any changes to an order may incur additional costs and production time.

PMS Color Matching
PMS color matching is available at no cost. However PMS matching is not guaranteed on dark-colored items or stainless steel.
Artwork On File
Artwork is kept on file for up to 18 months. Re-orders must contain the customer number, PO number. Artwork CANNOT be transferred from one distributor’s file to another without written permission from the original distributor. Art files greater than 18 months must be resubmitted.
Artwork Return Requests
Artwork will be returned upon written request after completion of order and payment of invoice. Written requests may be made via mail or email.

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. All shipments are FOB Colorado Springs. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Once an order is processed and shipped, it may take up to 2 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier (for example UPS) may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 2 full business days.
Next Day and Second Day Shipping
All UPS next-day orders will be delivered on the next business day after processing (as mentioned above, processing can take 1-2 business days). If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard, the shipment should be received by the customer on Monday. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day if the items are in stock. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed around the holidays may experience delays.
All UPS 2-day orders will be delivered in two business days. If an order is placed on Friday by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, the shipment should be received by the customer on Tuesday, pending credit card verification. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
The ability to ship products internally varies on country and product. Shipping will be quoted upon an order or quote request. At this time, all international orders are shipped via UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.)
Rates vary based on total weight and destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.

Simpurity strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.
Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all the collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.
Unused and/or unclaimed credits will be reserved/voided after 6 months.

Simpurity cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters. Simpurity reserves the right to make slight spec changes to enhance product quality or performance.
In the unlikely event that we lack inventory to support your order, we will work with you to determine a reasonable fulfillment. Expedited orders may be assed a “rush fee” which will be specified in advance of accepting said orders
All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the freight carrier.
If the parties cannot resolve a conflict amongst themselves, then the matter will be resolved by binding arbitration performed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association at the time a claim is filed. An arbitration judgment may be entered into and enforced by a court of competent jurisdiction, which judgment shall include the costs and attorneys fees for the prevailing party at arbitration.
While we agree to produce product to the agreed specifications, all product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Broken, incomplete, leaking product and or crystalized products can be returned and will be exchanged for a new unit and or a service credit (at our option) upon our review and confirmation of productive defectiveness.
Color changes, or other changes to the product due to UV exposure, incorrect storage (all products should be stored in a cool, dark place) and or oxidization do not constitute as defective products and cannot be returned.
We agree to indemnify, save, and hold you harmless from and against any and all losses, expenses, and damage arising from any third party claims, demands, proceedings, or action as a result of our infringement of any intellectual property.
